he 130 sqm apartment project was mainly focused on remodeling the premises while preserving the typology of the three-room apartment.
The kitchen was enlarged (instead of the previously very disproportionate laundry area) and communicated with the living room through a double sliding glass door.
Near the entrance was created a plasterboard cabinet featuring rectangular openings of different sizes that dialog with the tetris composition in the background of the TV area and they pass natural light. The furniture, which incorporates the previously unpleasantly visible structural pillar in the hall, contains a wardrobe and shoe rack.
