The project consists of the interlocking-overlapping of two volumes: the first relates to the neighboring buildings in the distribution of the openings and materials, while the second is completely different with the parklex covering and has a more modern design amplified by the night lighting.

The building is environmentally friendly as it uses renewable sources and has an effective system of insulation that significantly reduces energy requirements.
